PPW Sp. z o.o. builds advertising and IT technology

Media buying and the software that makes it measurable, run from one office at ul. Stanisława Przybyszewskiego 91-99 in Łódź.

What we actually do

Two disciplines held together in one place

PPW Sp. z o.o. is a Łódź company working where media buying meets software. We plan and run advertising campaigns, and we build the technical layer that makes those campaigns measurable: tracking, data pipelines, CRM connections, cloud hosting.

On the media side that means programmatic buying, display, search, video, retail media and digital out-of-home. On the technology side it means martech stack design, conversion tracking, CRM integration and cloud infrastructure.

Most agencies hand the technical work to someone else, and most IT shops have no view on media. We keep both under one roof because a campaign is only as good as the data it runs on. If your tracking is broken, your optimization is guesswork, and no bidding strategy fixes that.

Our office sits at ul. Stanisława Przybyszewskiego 91-99, lok. 15, 93-126 Łódź. From there we work with business clients in Poland and abroad, in Polish and in English.

Programmatic

Programmatic buying without the fog

Automated, auction-based purchase of ad inventory across websites, apps and connected screens. In Poland this has moved from an experiment to a default line item for most mid-size and larger advertisers.

We work with the delivery and monetization layer that connects Polish inventory to international demand, including vendors such as Perion that support automated media buying. What that gives you in practice: reach beyond a single publisher, frequency control across channels, and reporting you can reconcile against your own analytics.

Channels worth arguing about

Not every budget needs every channel. A short view of where the money tends to go, and where we would cut first.

Display and video

Reach and retargeting, with mobile-first creative treated as the baseline rather than an afterthought.

Awareness

Search

For demand you already have. It captures intent well and rarely creates it from nothing.

Intent capture

Retail and commerce media

Marketplace advertising has become a real line item in Poland. Allegro's investor materials treat ads and off-platform ads as strategic growth areas, which tells you how seriously the retail side takes it.

Commerce

Digital out-of-home and pDOOH

The programmatic version of DOOH. Screens are becoming addressable and measurable, and Polish adtech companies including Hybrid have been active in building programmatic access to that inventory.

Screens

We'll tell you which of these we would cut for your case. Sometimes the answer is one channel and better measurement.

The technology behind the campaign

A martech stack is the set of tools that collect, store and act on customer data. In practice that usually means a CRM, an automation layer, an analytics setup and the infrastructure underneath them.

HubSpot is a common centre of gravity for B2B and mid-market teams in Poland: CRM, email workflows, landing pages, lead handoff to sales. Around it you need clean conversion tracking, a data layer that survives a site redesign, and hosting that holds up on a campaign launch day. Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS carry most of that weight, for data storage, analytics and application hosting.

AI in the workflow, honestly

AI-assisted marketing shows up in our work in unglamorous places: audience clustering, creative variants for testing, anomaly detection in spend reports, first drafts of copy that a human then rewrites. It shortens the boring parts of campaign planning.

It does not replace the media plan. Models are good at pattern-finding and bad at knowing that your margin is thinner in Q1 or that a product launch slipped. We treat AI output as an input to a decision, not the decision itself.

Ad fraud and why quality checks matter

Ad fraud is traffic that was never going to be a customer: bot impressions, spoofed domains, invisible placements. It eats budget quietly. Tighter scrutiny of ad quality has become a normal part of media buying in Poland, and it should be.

Our baseline checks include inventory source review, placement lists, viewability and invalid-traffic monitoring, plus a look at whether conversions make sense in volume and timing. It is unexciting work. It is also the difference between a report that looks good and a report that is true.

B2B and LinkedIn

For technology, consulting and software clients, LinkedIn remains the core platform for reaching decision-makers in Poland.

It fits account-based targeting and thought-leadership formats better than most alternatives, and the audience data is genuinely professional rather than inferred.

The catch is cost per click and the temptation to over-target. A tight account list plus a small number of strong creative variants usually beats a broad campaign with ten audience layers.

Working tools and how teams coordinate

Campaign work is cross-functional: media, analytics, creative, and whoever owns the product. Slack is the common thread in modern IT and marketing operations, and it earns its place when campaign data, approvals and product questions live in one channel instead of five inboxes.

That matters more in hybrid and remote setups. A decision made in a thread at 10:00 is visible at 15:00 to someone in another city. We set up shared channels per client so nothing important depends on one person's memory.

What long-term value looks like

Short campaigns can be run on instinct. Anything past a quarter needs assets that compound instead of being rebuilt every time.

Tracking

A documented setup

Written down, so the next person to touch the account does not have to reverse-engineer it.

CRM

A CRM sales actually uses

If the sales team avoids it, the campaign data feeding it is wasted effort.

Reporting

Dashboards that read themselves

Numbers a manager can open on a Monday without an analyst on the call to explain them.

Creative

Tested, not replaced on a hunch

Variants that earn their place in rotation through a real comparison.

We build for that horizon. Some of it is unglamorous infrastructure you will never show anyone. It is also what makes year two cheaper than year one.

Who we work with

Mid-size Polish companies with a real product and a marketing budget that needs justifying. International brands entering Poland that need local media and technical ground truth. E-commerce and retail businesses moving into commerce media. Technology and software firms running B2B demand generation.

If you are a one-person shop testing a first campaign, we are probably more than you need right now, and we will say so.

Where to start

Read the service pages if you want detail, or send a short message describing your situation. A first call usually covers what you are spending, what you are measuring, and where the gap is. No deck required.

Questions we get before the first call

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. We operate in Polish and English, and our media and technology work often spans Polish inventory and international platforms at the same time.

Can you take over an existing campaign and tracking setup?

Usually yes. The first step is an audit of what is running: accounts, conversion tracking, data sources. We would rather inherit something messy and fix it than start blind.

Which cloud platform do you recommend, Azure or AWS?

It depends on what your team already runs and where your data lives. Both are standard for analytics, storage and application hosting. We do not push one by default.

Is programmatic buying only for large budgets?

It is most efficient with enough volume to optimize, but retail media and pDOOH can work on tighter budgets when the audience is narrow and the measurement is clean.
