Response times and what happens next
We aim to reply within one business day. Enquiries that need a technical review may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leave you waiting. If you have not heard back within two business days, resend or call — occasionally messages get filtered, and we would rather you follow up than assume we are not interested.

Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. The company is based in Łódź and works in Polish and English. Calls and email are both fine, and the time difference is rarely an obstacle for European clients.
